You find a Korean skincare site with prices that look too cheap to be real, and the next thing you do is check whether it's a scam. I've done that myself more times than I'd like to admit. With SkinSeoul, half the confusion is that there are several shops with almost the same name.
Is SkinSeoul the same as Skin2Seoul or PureSeoul?
No. They're different companies.
skin-seoul.com is SkinSeoul, the one I've written about. It's registered in Singapore and ships out of Korea.
Skin2Seoul is a UK company at skin2seoul.co.uk, and it also sells through the Superdrug marketplace.
PureSeoul is the UK chain with shops in Westfield and Canary Wharf.
skinseoul.co.uk is a separate thing again.
So people read a review of one, buy from another, and can't work out why their experience didn't match. Before you order, look at the address bar. If it doesn't say skin-seoul.com, you're somewhere else (obvious, I know, but less obvious at midnight with nine tabs open).
What to know about SkinSeoul before you order
It ships straight from Korea, so allow more time than a UK order. Free shipping starts at £45 in the UK and $50 in the US, and UK orders have been VAT-inclusive since July 2026, so there's no VAT bill waiting on your doormat.
