Okay so every time I post about my Highline topper, somebody asks how it compares to my Lusta. So here's the answer.
The Lusta has a lot more hair in it. It's thicker, plainly. I had to have it thinned out and it could probably do with thinning again. I haven't touched the Highline and don't plan to, because for my hair it arrived right.
What I notice every day is putting it up. I can throw the Highline into a ponytail or a clip without thinking. With the Lusta that's still hard even after thinning, because there's so much hair in it.
So which one comes down to where your loss is. If you've got a lot of loss at the back, the Lusta gives you more hair back there. My own loss is at the parting and the front, so I haven't tested that one myself, but other women with loss at the back have told me the Highline covers it until the wind blows.
Both came from outside the UK too, so budget for customs. The Highline cost me £158.20 in import duty in 2020 before DHL would deliver it, and the Lusta was another £60 to £70 (rates have changed since, so check the current ones).
