Ordering skincare straight from Korea still feels a bit like a gamble the first time. Will it turn up, how long will it take, and is somebody going to hand you a bill on the doorstep? So here's the short version for Olive Young.
Does Olive Young ship to the UK?
Yes. Olive Young Global ships to the UK direct from South Korea, and shipping is free on orders of US$60 or more. Once your order is dispatched it's around 4 to 5 days, usually with DHL, and orders are processed for a few days before that. There's no UK warehouse and no UK storefront (so don't go hunting for one), and global.oliveyoung.com is the site you want.
The customs bit
This is the question that stops most people pressing buy. Olive Young's own shipping terms say prices and shipping don't include taxes or duties. In the UK, goods worth £135 or under have no customs duty. Over £135, customs duty can apply, plus 20% import VAT on the goods, the shipping and any duty together, and couriers usually add a handling fee for collecting it.
So if you're doing a big haul, splitting it into two smaller orders is worth thinking about. It's what I'd do.
The code
My Olive Young promo code is NEVEEN20 for up to 10% off. I tested it at the checkout on 4 September 2026 and it applied. It doesnt have an expiry date and it works on repeat orders. It isn't UK-only either, people use it from the UK, Canada, Australia, Israel and Kazakhstan. The one place it won't work is the US.
